SBS Scheme and Bundle Terms

These terms apply to the SBS Scheme and to the Crello Launch, Crello Grow and Crello Pro bundles. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and the Website Care Plan Terms.

The SBS Scheme and the bundles are separate offers. You can only have the one you ordered, and you cannot combine them with each other.

The SBS Scheme costs £99 upfront and then £29 a month. The same services bought separately would normally cost £138 upfront and £85 a month, which is a saving of £39 upfront and £56 a month, and £711 in the first year.

The upfront fee covers the website and is paid before we start. The monthly fee is billed in advance on the 1st of every calendar month and continues for as long as you keep the scheme.

The upfront fee covers a Starter Website, which includes:

• an existing professional template and layout;
• website text written and structured using the information you provide, covering your business details, services, service area and contact details;
• click to call and enquiry links;
• mobile friendly design and mobile and desktop testing;
• up to 10 client supplied images and up to 10 client supplied written testimonials;
• basic on page SEO, one consolidated revision, testing and launch.

The monthly fee covers:

• Website Care, which includes hosting under the supported Crello arrangement, a basic website availability check, up to 30 minutes of small website edits each month, a monthly contact form check, a basic monthly website health check, routine publishing support, domain connection support and business hours email support;
• one professional business mailbox on your own domain, with basic administration and support;
• an extra 25 minutes of small website edits each month, which gives up to 55 minutes in total.

The scheme also includes WhatsApp Integration, which adds a WhatsApp contact button to your website, and a 75 photo website allowance, which lets you publish up to 75 client supplied photos instead of 10.

New pages, landing pages, major copy rewrites, new functionality, redesigns, advanced SEO, ecommerce and complex booking systems are not included. They are charged separately at the relevant fixed Crello price. For example, an Extra Standard Website Page is £55 and a New Landing Page is £129.

The monthly edit allowance does not roll over. The scheme is designed for small website updates and ongoing basic support.

Images and testimonials must be accurate, and you must have permission to publish them.

SBS customers can buy Google Business Profile Setup for £59 (normally £99), Google Business Profile Care for £48 a month (normally £59 a month) and Basic Branding for £65.

SBS customers also receive 10% off eligible fixed price Crello add ons. The discount applies to Crello service fees only and does not cover third party costs.

These prices are available while you remain on the SBS Scheme. If you leave the scheme, standard prices apply from the next billing date.

Our bundles combine services for one fixed upfront price and one fixed monthly price, at the date of these terms:

• Crello Launch is £269 upfront plus £89 a month. It includes a one page website, Google Business Profile setup and care, a basic logo, professional email and basic website care.
• Crello Grow is £749 upfront plus £109 a month. It includes a website of up to 5 pages, Google Business Profile setup and monthly management, a basic logo, professional email and Website Care.
• Crello Pro is £999 upfront plus £189 a month. It includes a website of up to 10 pages with enhanced SEO foundations, Google Business Profile Growth, Website Care Plus, a basic logo, professional email and a business phone.

The upfront fee covers the initial setup and build work. The monthly fee covers the ongoing services listed in your bundle and continues after your website has been built.

Bundles do not include unlimited work. Monthly website edit allowances are 15, 30 or 45 minutes depending on the bundle, reset each month and do not roll over. Anything outside the stated scope is charged using our normal fixed price add ons, so you always know the cost first.

The savings we quote for bundles compare the bundle price with the price of buying the same parts separately on the date of these terms.

We will confirm exactly what we need when you get started. This normally includes information about your business, your services and the area you serve, your contact details, your images and testimonials, and your domain details if you already have a domain.

Turnaround times start when we have everything we need from you.

Hosting is included under the supported Crello arrangement for as long as you keep the monthly service. You own your domain and you pay its renewal fees to your registrar. The mailbox is provided through a third party email provider on your own domain.

The scheme and the bundles do not include third party costs unless stated.

There is no fixed term. You can pause or cancel the monthly part at any time, as explained in our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

The upfront fee is not refundable once the website has been delivered, except where the work is faulty or not as described. Before we start work, you can cancel for a full refund.

If you cancel the monthly part, hosting, website care, the mailbox and any included services end with it. You keep your domain, content and branding. We will help you move your domain and give you a copy of your content on request.

If you cancel, you cannot keep SBS or bundle prices for any services we continue to provide. Our standard prices apply.

We may change or withdraw the SBS Scheme or a bundle for new customers at any time. If we change the monthly price or what is included for existing customers, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
